Facial advice can be an iffy topic to talk about with your girlfriend but let me assure you, it is one of the most productive and effective tools that any women can use by taking off dead cells and stimulating new cell growth. The best bit of facial advice that I would recommend to any woman is that almost all of the ingredients that one would need is already in your own kitchen, making any at home facial simple, convenient, and inexpensive. Just make sure that before you apply one of these you take my facial advice and wash your face in lukewarm water with a cleanser appropriate for your skin and a wash cloth.

To get started with your facial you need to make the clay that is the foundation of your mask. You can do that by mixing one quarter cup of fullers earth to one half cup of water. Blend until thick but smooth, being sure to add any oils that the recipe calls for. If after adding the oils its still too dry add a little more water a few drops at a time. If you have dry skin then you might want to substitute whole milk for the water, another option is to use half coconut milk and half Shea butter if you have extremely dry and over sensitive skin.

Facial Advice Number 2: The Avocado Mask

This mask is great to use weekly to provide a refreshing boost of moisture to your skin and give it a much needed shot of Vitamin E.

Facial Number 3: Clearer Skin with Grape Mask

This mask is great for getting clearer skin and can be used every couple of days if you have a problem with clogged pores.

Combine: Cup Fuller’s Earth or Kaolin, Cup Mashed, Seedless Grapes, 1 Tablespoon whole-wheat flour, 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice.

You are going to want to mix all of the ingredients thoroughly to make sure everything is all together, and then apply the paste using a small paintbrush to your face. Pat the mask to you and allow it to harden for twenty minutes. You are going to want to rinse off the mask with lukewarm water and then cold water and then dry your face. One of the most important aspects of this is that you must remember to apply moisturizer or it may dry your skin out!
