Do you want your boyfriend back? If you’ve been left behind by an ex lover, you aren’t the only one to try and reel that man back in. But there are some tried and true methods for bringing him back into the fold.
Your primary problem may be in your thinking. You may find yourself so consumed with winning back your ex that you do nothing else. This might be unhealthy, to say the least. Unfortunately, it is also unproductive and won’t get you to your goal.

You need to find activities to refocus your energies. Find a project, whether it is volunteering at a worthwhile cause, going back to school or simply fixing up your home. This will help ease you emotions and give you a sense of accomplishment outside your own relationships. These may also help that ex boyfriend to see what he may have been missing all this time.
Essentially, you are trying to get your ex boyfriend to realize what he has been missing without you. You want him to make the decision that you are exactly the type of person he wants to be with forever and ever.
If you focus yourself on healthy activities, you will not only rebuild your own damaged psyche, you will also make your own image into the sort of thing that will draw your ex boyfriend back into your world – and back to your side.
